I tried to update drivers, i tried to re-install them from system recovery and Intel page and i also run the troubleshooter performance but still the problem exists! If i am in a full screen game then i alt tab out of the game and i have to alt tab or simply click the game to go back again. I tried to find out what is it by opening task manager and print screen exactly when it pops. The actual problem is that some application is been executed for one second and then closes instantly again, causing it to come in front for that second without having any screen or window, just alt tabing and for example if i am watching a movie in full screen then the movie goes to window because this file tried to execute for that 1 second.
